We only use red and ripe organic tomatoes and red onions to make our curry.

This curry is a unique blend of whole spices and spices curated by Chef Uday.

The curry paste is cooked by blending the spices and the red onions and tomatoes. This helps to retain and enhance the curry flavour.

 

The meat from the leg of lamb is cut into pieces and marinated

The meat is then char-grilled on a coal grill.
